China Development Brief (CDB) is conducting a survey of foreign NGOs working—or hoping to work—in mainland China.
From CDB:
It has been over 18 months since the Law on Administration of Activities of Overseas Nongovernmental Organizations in the Mainland of China took effect on January 1, 2017. Over 400 organizations have successfully registered so far and more are still trying. It has been a learning experience for the organizations—whether registered or not—as well as for the Chinese government. These experiences are all important stories within China’s NGO history.
This survey is conducted by CDB, and it is designed to collect information on how the law has affected the work of overseas NGOs in China, for the purposes of research and analysis. Any information concerning specific organizations will be treated confidentially. We would be grateful if you could take the time to answer the following questions as extensively as you wish. Thank you!
