Today, the Shanghai Public Security Bureau Foreign NGO Management Office presented registration certificates to twenty-one foreign NGO representative offices:
- Five groups from Japan (Japan-China Economic Relations and Trade Center, Osaka International Economic Revitalization Center, Nagano Prefecture Small- and Medium-sized Enterprise Revitalization Center, Kobe International Center for Cooperation and Communication, and Miyazaki Local Products and Trade Promotion Center);
- Three groups from the United States (Water Quality Association, Almond Board of California, US-China Advanced Institute for International Business);
- Three groups from Germany (Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, and Mechanical Engineering Industry Association);
- Two groups from South Korea (Korea Textile Center and Gyonggido Business & Science Accelerator);
- One group each from France (International Chamber of Commerce), Switzerland (World Gold Council), Denmark (Danish Export Association), Australia (Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry), Malaysia (Malaysian Palm Oil Council), United Arab Emirates (Dubai Chamber), and Hong Kong (Hong Kong International Arbitration Center).

Today, the Gansu Public Security Bureau Foreign NGO Management Office presented registration certificates to three foreign NGO representative offices: Oxfam (Hong Kong), Hanns Seidel Foundation (Germany), and Children of Madaifu (France).
Today, the Chongqing Public Security Bureau Foreign NGO Management Office held a training on the Foreign NGO Law for other government units in Chongqing.
