On a daily basis, The Des Moines Register offers a content-rich environment full of news and information to Iowa readers. Its reach among adults far exceeds that of any other local medium, seven days a week, 365 days a year. 

The Des Moines Register publishes two advertising editions of the paper each day. The State edition is distributed in 74 counties outside of Central Iowa. The Central Iowa edition is delivered to counties surrounding the metro market, including households in the greater Des Moines area.
